Our new (autumn 2006) apartment is situated in a central, very sunny position on the southern side of Selva Gardena, near the city centre.

It is an ideal starting point for summer walks and mountain excursions and for winter ski trips on the countless ski runs of the “Dolomiti Superski.

The apartment with 2 rooms is conceived for 4 people and has 70 square meters surround with a meadow.

It consists of:
2 twin rooms,	2 bathrooms with WC, shower/bathtubs, bidet,
a separate kitchen eat-in kitchen with glass-ceramic hot plate, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave oven, satellite TV, and safe. The attractive rooms, mostly furnished with wood, create a pleasant atmosphere, so that you can feel like at home.
There is also a garage for the car, an elevator and a ski room with boots warmer in the house.
