The above prices are in Euros and are per apartment, per week. We reserve the right to make price changes however we cannot be held responsible for printing errors or omissions on this page.
Local tax
We remind you that a local tax of Euro 2,10 per person a day will be charged. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy.
The tax is not included in the price.

Booking conditions
Reservation: Reservations and cancellations can only be accepted in written form.
Booking conditions and deposit: A reservation is only valid with our written confirmation. In order to confirm a reservation, we require a deposit within 7 days from the confirmation of about 30% of the value of the apartment price.
Surcharge for short stays: on demand
Animals: are not allowed due to hygenical reasons.
Arrival and departure times: On the day of your arrival, your holiday accommodation will be available after 2 p.m. Please inform us, if your arrival is delayed after 7 p.m. On the day of departure, check out time is no later than 10 a.m.
Payment: can be made with cash (until 4999,99 € per apartment), bancomat card, credit card or bank transfer. Only before the arrival date pre-scheduled and incurred bank transfers are accepted.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
In order to protect yourself from the cancellation fees in case of a booking cancellation due to illness or other serious reasons we recommends a travel cancellation insurance.
Please take out a travel cancellation insurance.
Normal cancellations conditions:
A reservation is only valid with our written confirmation. Cancellations can only be accepted in written form. The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal: in case of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply (see Art. 7 GTC):

In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total booking amount.
Bookings made within 3 days of arrival need to be paid in full by credit card immediately
We do not allow more people to stay, live, sleep or eat in the apartment, as written in the confirmation email. If there is the wish to have guests, it must be requested to the hirer.
