Booking conditions
A reservation is only valid when it is confirmed in writing. In order to confirm a reservation, we require a deposit within 7 days and it should be to the value of 30% of the apartment price.
Arrival / Departure: On the arrival day, the apartment will be available from 14.00 (2.00pm) . We also ask you to please advise us if you will arrive after 19.00 (7.00pm). On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 09.30 (9.30am).
Cancellations: In the event of cancelling your apartment, the deposit paid is non refundable. (The deposit constitutes as a liquidated penalty). Should there be a curtailment or late arrival, the total amount agreed for the apartment is still owed. Cancellations are only valid in writing.
Payments can be made by bank transfer and or money order. We do not accept payment by credit cards or cash cards.
Animals are not allowed
In the apartment could not stay, life, sleep or eat more persons, how it does confirm in the booking. If there is the wish to have guests, it must be allowed from the hirer.
